Day after 3.5 week vacation (France with a bit of Italy). Daily bread, croissant, wine, sauces, cheeses...the only thing th at saved me from gaining more was walking and hiking every day. Most days we logged 15,000 to 20,000 steps and had about four 30,000 step days. Now no plain bread, pasta, rice or traditional desserts, or drinks for two weeks (except one cheat day)! Tony is doing no sugar, I will do low sugar.
140.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Fiber Up, Carbs Down   gaining 0.4 lb a week
