STARVED THE LAST COUPLE DAYS AND GOT MY WATER RETENTION DOWN WITH LASIKS. PEE'D ALOT.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
