Woke at 226.0, showing the weekend overeating. Back on track today. UPDATE: Ate 1262 calories today and targeting about 1700 tomorrow. Will alternate 1000 to 2000 calories per day for the remainder of the month to make up for this past weekend’s party. Will have a glass of water with me at all times to try to flush out the sodium. Very busy at work today so didn’t get in a full treadmill workout, but I was able to get about 1.75 miles in at various times.

You'll get right to it and down you'll go.

Well, it looks like your problem area (over-eating during big events/holidays)has stubborn, time-consuming after-effects. Unfortunately, it's reaaaaalllly hard to bounce back from - I should know, as I have a blue ribbon in yo-yoing, though mine is limited to only a handful of rare, life-altering changes that come around once every 5 years or so). Do you have a strategy on how you'll handle the next vacation/holiday/big thing?

Mine too! I hate working out late! It revs me up too much to sleep. I am a first thing in the morning girl for that.
