I have not really followed my diet for the last couple of weeks. Nothing like being really sick to jump start a weight loss though. Have bronchitis and have barely eaten this weekend. I bet if I had never fallen off my diet and ate sugary things, I would not have gotten sick. I am convinced that sugar is poison and our bodies are so much better off without it.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hope you feel better soon. I agree with you about the evils of sugar - the more I learn about it the more I feel that and simple refined carbs are the biggest culprits in a lot of the diseases of today's society, heart disease right at the very top. I still enjoy sweets from time to time but it's the exception and not the rule.
