Ok so that 110 LBS to loose every time I logged in made me feel like it was an impossibility to get done, and barely seeing the ticker move despite loss was really discouraging, so I adjusted my goal weight to 250lbs. It isn't where I want to be permanently, but I think maybe if I set smaller goals for myself and work my way down to where I need to be, I will see more in the way of results, at least from my point of view. I'll just adjust my goal back down by 25 more lbs every time I hit it until the very end :D I'm sitting at 258 and change this morning after a Sunday splurge for father's day with my hubby and kids. Back in the saddle this AM!
