Going to do wt as soon as done with work. Nervous!! I am watching portion size and trying to decrease carbs as well. No more bread or milk at night, I felt sssooo bloated the other night and into morning, bad sleep too. So if I want my carb I will have in am and go from there. T - 60 minutes to go and I will see where this week has taken me. The wt I have on here now is from way back. Will put new # up soon! Feeling great :P
