I've always said, "I hate 'no'." It's synonymous with "I can't," and I refuse to accept that life or any part of it is so inflexible as to limit possibilities. Bureaucrats and doctors might tell you 'no', but they have an agenda and part of that involves control. So when I have to tell myself 'no' as I stand in front of the fridge at 3:00 AM and hunger and habit are beckoning, you can bet that even wild horses couldn't drag me away. lol Okay, so I pecked and nibbled reasonably and walked away - a little dissatisfied, but proud of myself.
95.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know what's up with that 3a.m. fridge call to arms! LOL I woke out of deep medicated sleep to eat crackers and cheese the other night. Makes is worse that I've downgraded from a two-bedroom townhouse to a studio apartment so I open one eyeball and I see the fridge LOL! The struggle!
