I have accepted that I will forever be 5lbs over my goal weight...and you know what? I am ok with that!

On another note...Muscle Milk now makes a low-fat, 100 calorie shake that has 20 g of lean protein! Its yummy too! You have to try it!

Julesy, word of caution, read the very long list of whats in Muscle Milk (20 to 25 things) If you can pronounce 50% of them I would be suprised. Just saying...
