Just went to GNC today and started a new regimen of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and oxyElite Pro super thermogenic and bought some GNC Lean shakes. From what I know from nursing school, this combination will yield very good results. I'm using these in conjunction with a 1200 calorie/day diet and the protein shakes will be used as meal replacements for on-the-go.
The CLA is a supplement that helps convert fat into energy (rather than just using a stimulant for energy) and also prevents the conversion of unused carbs, proteins, etc into fat stores. Additionally, the thermogenic will increase metabolism and have a slight stimulant effect. The protein is a good way to stay full and to prevent breakdown of muscles and promote healthy muscle mass and a lean body.
I'm very excited because everything has been studied in Universities and actually has back-up. Unlike hydroxycut that has two studies (the same two; look at the stats) for all hydroxycut products. I will check in daily:)
