Back up just a tad but not bad considering we played a wedding on Friday night and a golf tournament on Saturday and both jobs included the dreaded buffet. Not bad choices so I'm not too upset about the slight gain. My fitbit logged aprrox 16000 steps on show says. I logged about 24000 steps Monday because I did yard work that morning and a show that night.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
