I am not following a diet. I am doing a complete life style change. No more fake food from the grocery store. Instead I am eating real food from a small grocery that sells organic produce and other real food. If you want to join me just contact me and I will get you started in the right direction. In the mean time I recommend you watch a documentary called Fed Up.

Am fat free vegan. I eat nothing processed. Eat foods with one word on label..like potato or squash, etc......eat fresh produce only.
