been having very good day very proud of me. i havr started going to the gym and biking with hubby feels amazing. my one complaint is that the scale is not moving even though this morning i woke up and felt so much smaller i just love that feeling in the morning with some hunger :) always leads me to having a good day. i have noticed that when i exercise more i want to eat healthier even more its awesome. Being on the hcg diey has been difficult feeling faint alot of the time but i just need to increase my protein intake because of all the exercise i did that the other day and didnt feel as flushed. it was nice.
