Trying the military diet for a few days. I pretty much eat all these foods anyway, I think I messed up already though lol oh well there's always tomorrow. :)

I did the 3 day military diet. Day 3 was a killer, but I lost 8 lbs! Gained it back over the following 2 weeks though :( I know you'll have better luck though!!

Thanks for the support. I'm hoping since I already eat these foods daily (just larger portions) that i'll have some decent results.

I did that one, I felt horrible by day 3, I lost 5 lbs on it first go round, did it again a month later and lost 5 more pounds. Didn't gain back til after I had a 3rd baby about 1 year later. Just be aware its a large calorie plunge and might make you feel bad, but it is doable.

It's actually around 200-300 more calories than I usually consume, which is why i'm not following it exactly. I'm skipping the ice cream and toast on some days.
