i have been successful with a weight loss program in the past, it was part of a drug study, i kept careful track of my food intake and had to report to a nutritionist regularly. Since the study ended, i've kept my weight off but want to lose more. Not very good with just vaguely "trying" so I'm hoping this program will give me a jumpstart.
