ever so slight weight loss but no gain thankfully so I'll take it. late kickball game had me home at midnight. that 4 am alarm was an annoyance this morning but i still made the gym. have a great weekend everyone.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
