Day 2 of egg fast-
Day 1 did not go too bad though I was pretty hungry most of the day. Today I've decided to add more eggs.. I mixed a raw egg into my BPC and so far I'm happy. Tomorrow I may add 2 eggs to it since I'm used to having 2 eggs every morning. I may add more eggs with fat to my meals today, depending on how hungry I get though I am worried about calories. I have found that I have to be conscious about calories and carbs to lose weight. I have good energy though. I'll probably make the BPC part of my regular routine.
I'm thinking that my weigh-in yesterday morning was a fluke because this morning I'm 2 lbs heavier. I had mentioned that I was surprised that I lost weight, and the scale sometimes says different things depending on its mood, the time of day, if I've peed or not, the way I'm standing, or whether I've properly done the weight loss dance a few times around it... oh, that games we play! :)
It's too early to tell if it will make a difference for me but I'm sticking to it.

I will be joining you as soon as I can get to the store!!! If I eat any more chicken I will fly away ....Hang in there it takes time for our bodies to know we mean it THIS time.....

Hi there! Good for you for sticking this out and trying. I just don't believe in the egg fast because it isn't how you're going to eat forever. I think a strict Induction with lots of vegetables is the way to go. It looks like you're getting out and getting in walks, so keep that up. I'm a believer, though some dispute, that exercise is a big part of losing. Some say you don't have to, but to be really healthy all the way around, you have to get exercise. You have to make this a plan you can live with forever. Get on the Atkins site and get recipes. There are also a BUNCH of fantastic low-carb sites out there with fantastic recipes as well. Copy off Induction meal plans to follow. For me, I have to count calories, which I do on this site logging my food. It's what works for me. Continued success! You'll make it! You want to be around for that beautiful baby in your arms!
