wow, I gained almost all my weight back! I have to weigh myself more often and get back into healthy eating!
197.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1966 kcal Fat: 57.05g | Prot: 76.48g | Carb: 293.15g.   Lunch: peanuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, PC WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA, PC SALSA , KIDNEY BEAN, PEPPER YELLOW, ONION, GARLIC. Dinner: green tea, daikon, ginger dressing, lettuce, soy sauce, sushi rice, gyoza, tuna, salmon, Vegetable Tempura, Shrimp Tempura. Snacks/Other: Wagon Wheel (cookies), tangerine, apple. more...
