I fear my objection will be over ruled by your deep desire to "keep the memory alive" LOL. Nonetheless, I am all tuckered out! I need a vacation, holiday, sweet escape if you might say...Just waiting to hit the jackpot so that I can fly to the Bahamas for some well needed serenity. Life can be so hectic at times. Oh, Butterfly, I feel your pain. This is one of the down periods that everyone goes through. I'm lacking in the exercise dept. right now and just can't find the motivation to move my butt! But we have to keep on keepin' on, right? Even if you can just go outside and walk for 20 - 30 minitues it'll help your body and your mind. C'mon, just DO IT! Let those annoyances fly out the window!

Hey glad to see that your still around. Is boot camp over? If it was or wasn't I'm sure you'd tell us and if you see Mrs. Alcorn again ask her if she's picked for the London Olympics in 2012 for women's boxing will she go? Can't find any info online yet and think asking that question will make you look more smarter and informed that you are already. One more thing check out the Scale Strike cause a group of us are forgoing weigh-ins for the next 2 weeks but still logging our food and exercising and maybe this will give the jump start to get back in the groove of things without worrying about your weigh. I'm in a rut too. I find Yoga (even just a few stretches, not always a half hour session) is great for perking you up, making you feel better about body/diet/weight loss, and helps de-stress. Which we all need from time to time. :)
