I went out with coworkers last night, I had a drink, half a pretzel with beer cheese and a pulled pork sandwich. As I was driving home it crossed my mind that since I was already off for the day I could stop and grab something else, thankfully I did not. I hope in the next few days the scale is not too badly affected.
396.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
