Ran 7K today and now my leg feels like its about to fall off :P
seriously though that was the furthest I've ever ran non-stop I've defiantly covered more ground on the rugby pitch but it is more stop start not non-stop.
Dead lifts are the devil they are really putting pressure on an old knee injury I picked up - might have to switch them out.
as a treat when I hit 250 I'm going to join the local gym :)
