started my workouts Saturday and am 3 for 3 days in a row, so feeling good about that, don't have the eating under control, but will be focussing in on that moving forward.
261.2 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
