Beverages: 16oz of distilled water + 2 tsp maxwell house instant coffee + 4tbsp unsalted great value butter + 1tsp GNC pro performance creatine monohydrate

Food: 1 pound of 27/83 ground beef cooked in 8 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of lean beef sliced cooked in 4 tablespoons of butter.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
