Feeling really depressed and unfocused. Too much that's not right and it's always been that way. How much heartache can 1 person endure? How much stress and disappointment can I take? Will things ever be right?
169.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Perhaps it is all part of a bigger plan so take the first step in finding something you do have power over - like your own health. Focus on small moments and do just one thing today in your best direction.

Perhaps get some help. Psychologist, pastor, friend. sometimes perspectives are lost, and others see things from the outside that we don't. And yes, I agree with Wakamiya - life is a rollercoaster. Know that what you're going through will eventually get better. And try to take some positive actions to make it better. Best!

Please get help I did and I better than I was still far to go but some need help its not something to be embarested about. No one else needs tl know. Please get help really!

Get some help. And get your thyroid checked. Low thyroid leads to fatigue, weight gain, and depression. I spent 3 years needlessly ill.
