No gain no loss since my last weigh in. My initial goal for the week was to get to below 208 and I hit it a few days ago but stayed at the same weight for a few days.

Sitting on my butt doing paperwork and relatives visiting helped stifle the progress.

But it's Monday. I know I will be tempted but I won't weigh in until next Friday, which is a big day for me. My revised goal for the week is 203.6 with 204.8 my goal for Friday.

HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

izzypup68. Yes, I started yesterday. It's tough because I had such a stressful day yesterday, working about 14 hours so I only got a half hour workout but I will do it. You're still in right?

I am still in. I had a very hard time sticking to my planned out food, but ate pretty well yesterday and had a good workout. Despite spending the morning on a fourth grade field trip, I was able to get a swim in early this afternoon. So far so good with the food this week. My husband packed his smoker full of ribs, tri-tip, and turkey breast on Sunday and we are still working our way through all that meat. I made some delicious tri-tip & vegetable soup for dinner last night.
