New month, new diet, new toothbrush!
I feel motivated to lose weight and quit smoking, and I'm going for it!
I woke up and exercised, so far eating good, so far no cigarettes.
I'm going to go the month of June with no sugar, snacks, cigs or booze :)
188.6 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
