Well...the gain is to be expected. I haven't been eating that well and I haven't been to the gym in two weeks! I went to the doctor and found out I am clinically depressed. No wonder I haven't felt like myself...it wasn't just a bad day. He changed my medication, but I still don't feel right. I need to make another appointment to go back to see if another adjustment is in order. I'm not sad...just detached, disinterested and extreemly tired all the time. I slept for 20 hours over the weekend. Today I am going to force myself to go work out even though my brain doesn't register the endorphins. Once I am out of this I don't want to have put the weight back on. I hope all of you are revived and ready to hit this week head on. I have a good feeling about this week for everyone. I feel we are going to tap into our inner stregnth and do amazing things!

Yes, research tells us exercise plus medicine and therapy are the best solutions to depressive symptoms. You can do it!
