Well, I'm back to using a digital scale and it isn't as kind as the analog one I was using all summer, either that or I've really blown my diet since I got back from out west. I don't look any different so I think it is the scale.
My trip out west was amazing as I discovered my soulmate and we had a fantastic time figuring out the million and one ways that we were alike.
Life is good.
Now all I have to do is keep my eating healthy and make time for exercise.
