Okay, time to start. Tomorrow, June 1, I'm planning to begin a new fitness program. My goal is to be under 150 by my birthday, June 29. I won't quit if I don't reach the goal, but I intend to be a hell of a lot closer than I am right now.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.2 lb a week
