I was looking at your food diary and you might be eating too many calories each day. If you follow the FatSecret amount, it is always too high for most people to lose. I bet if you consistently eat 1800 calories or less every day, you will see some loss. You also may want to look at the carbohydrates too - they are pretty high as well. Maybe aim for 150grams per day. Good Luck, my friend!

Thanks HCB. I have not been logging my food here for the past two months. I am logging it in a different way because it is easier for me on my phone. I have actually been eating mostly under 1800 calories per day the past two months but I have once in awhile ate too much sweets. I am also exercising more, drink less water and have been sleeping less. I plan on going to get my bloodwork done to see if I am still having problems with my undeactive thyroid.

Oh, and your right HCB about the carbs. I always have a tendency to eat too much of it! Thanks!

Down another Pound 216 lbs working on it still I will do this how ever long it takes
