Well, as expected, a minuscule loss thanks to mid week drinking antics.
While I'm annoyed at myself, I'm also ok with it as I expected it.
Also, the last few days, I've not been eating enough food and even less fibre, which probably affected me too.
Here's to a better week before the birthday 'celebrations' next weekend. I say 'celebrations' because, let's face it, who wants to get older?
170.8 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
