This is day1 for me. I am new here and love this app so far. I am at my heaviest and feel it every day. This isnt just about looking good, although that will be nice...it is about FEELING good. I want to be healthy. I want to be accountable for my choices. And I want my choices to be ones that will help me reach my goals. Cheers to Day 1 of the rest of my life!
