Its going slowly but surely Im tired of yo yoing this it it...the older you get the harder it is...and I dont want to go into old age like a lump..I want to enjoy retirement not sit at a doctors office all the time! This is for me!

Same goal that I have!! I see a lot of people who retire and can't do anything because of their weight. I really want to avoid that!
