So, I was on vacation last week--my birthday--and fell off the grid.

I am back and NOT weighing in for a couple of weeks because I know I am probably up after last week.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 July 2011:
1588 kcal Fat: 85.75g | Prot: 72.57g | Carb: 149.70g.   Lunch: beets, kale avocado salad, avocado, sesame seeds, amino, mixed baby , broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, sesame ginger dressing, cake. Dinner: coconut oil, plantain, mahi mahi, avocado, mango coconut pepper sauce. Snacks/Other: fage, almond cashew kind. more...
