Haven't tracked this week - last week of the month, haven't made my target so will give myself a break and start fresh again on Monday. Did manage 14 hours of exercise this month though, which is better than the 12 I'd planned. Trying to stay positive.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
