No weigh in today. It was a pretty stressful day. Fridge broke, work project difficulty, and laid of from my second job all before 2pm. I was so close to binging on food..but saved myself with water and focusing on fixing what was in front of me. It gets overwhelming at times, life..the weight I know in the past I used food as a means to self comfort, but now facing the hard fact it doesn't help only maskes the reality I don't want to face. I'm looking forward to a healthier self and the clothes I'll get to fit into again. Plus, my friends wedding in October and my birthday I'll chalk it off as a success and goal achieved.
