I did it! I passed my sixth inspection in a row! I am onto every other week now! I am holding steady on my Biggest Loser challenge. The biggest challenge I am holding out on is not stepping on the scale every day. I am holding off until it is time to weigh, which is in a couple more days. With all the work I've been doing it could be up; it could be down. I am tempted to peek, but I am going to hold off. I can't risk becoming obsessive about it or I'll lose the fun of the adventure again, and that'll lead to the disordered behavior around food again. Once I get things restabilized I'll start back up the story of the cleric in the Zombie Apocalypse to tell my journey. :)

Night, my friends. In the words of the Klingons, "Qaplah!"

Zombies don't scare me. Zoombies scare me. They're the fast ones.

Z-nation is due for season two this Fall. So, think like October. Meanwhile, you can relive the season in recaps on SyFy's website or watch re-runs of it on Netflix. As for the Zoombies, yep, those are the ones you have to watch out for. And apparently if you do "high knees" around them it really gets them going too. :D At least according to the Zombies, Run! 5K app. :D

I went to World War Z by mistake. I thought it was about the possible last world war. It was pretty good.

It is pretty good, but WAY different than the book. I loved the book. I also have the Zombie Survival Guide, and a poster entitled "How to Survive a Zombie Attack" Rule #1: Home is where the Hatchet is. :)

Isn't that the Brad Pitt one? I avoided that on general principle, I may have to go back and watch it.

Yep. It is the Brad Pitt one. It's good, but I'd recommend the book over it. The book is far more realistic for how a real World War Z would play out.
