WHEW!! crazy week after a week off work. This is the first day I've been home before 7 all week. Came home quick because they were going to run a camera through my main drain, they didn't come. There is probably a message on my phone that I have not checked.

I wasn't very hungry but knew I needed to eat so made a yummy salad with dried spiced tofu and home cooked black garbanzo beans added for protein. Had a couple beers. All is good within my calorie expectations, less without the beer.

I did a little exercise 60 situps, 25 squats, and some arm kettle ball workouts for granny wings. Steps won't be high today only 5-6000. Left the dishes which are behind, they will be there later, even though the mess drives me a bit nuts. My body is telling me it really needs to get back to the gym. Will make time this weekend and then schedule it for next week.

Will be in bed before 8, quite tired as late to bed every night. I still need to order some fit bit bands today for in store delivery @ Wal-Mart, so I can pick them up on the way to ball games tomorrow, they are not in the stores. Everything seems to depend on rain lately, if the games are cancelled I'll pick them up over the weekend. My backyard is very squishy from all this rain.

Taking a week off is good, and can throw everything off. Hope you enjoyed it

Good luck with your drain maintenance. It is so frustrating when service calls don't happen on schedule. This week will be over soon - you must be exhausted!

Rockie, had a great week ending with that new grandson. Drain thing is they wanted to run a camera down, no extra charge-they rooted out the tree branches the week before so everything is working. They will do later. NP

Deb, you have a swamp also? I woke up to rain (Sat) but it's supposed to move out early and give us a few days break in the rain. I see much of Texas is still getting rain, they really need a break! I have inches of standing water in places. Hoping I can mow the grass in the backyard Sunday, not sure about all that water. I should be able to get to the first kid's baseball game tomorrow evening, will make sure to take the mosquito spray as that field is horrible with them if it's a little wet.

Glen, would love to! These storms just keep moving North and East. they don't want to go backwards. Talked to someone in western Kansas yesterday they are dry also, where mid and eastern is soggy. My flower plants especially the perennials look amazing! so green, but I think they need some sun to bloom. My bed of greens is overflowing, I planted quite a bit because usually they struggle. am going to give some to the neighbors this weekend.

WFN: It's crazy how taking time off from work means crazy payback when you return - I always find that work is crazy after a break! Good for your in your intention to go back to gym ... I am missing Yoga and what's ridiculous is that I am paying pretty high monthly fees and haven't gone for weeks (side eye at myself!). I need to get back!

At least my gym is only $10.00 a month, I figure I get my use out of it over a year. The community center as a closer backup is only $20.00 a year for seniors. I need to check in to some classes there. It wasn't work that was crazy it was everything else in my life. LOL.
