I Do have occasional days where I loose ground, like yesterday. I don't really consider it a set back, just reminds to stay focused and figure out how to my life and make adjustments. Have had a house quest for two days and that's thrown me off some. I am travelling to see my daughter and celebrate her birth day this weekend. I trying to loose weight to live better, be happier, and healthier, still need to live and figure out how not to derail my progress.
