4 days no smoking which is great. Not feeling too bad. Not over eating and the scale is not moving. Defintely building some muscle though. I will be 35 in a few months and I notice everything changing about myself. I even wear sport shoes now, and got some short sweatpants ö.ö Not used to the goofy midage style thing...Oh well, thats just how I feel.

The bath house is closing for a month so they can clean the pool... :(

I have to keep myself busy and away from the fridge. I am worried if I am home too much I will replace eating with smoking...

Carrots. They take almost as many calories to eat as to digest. Check out glycemic load.
