I would like to thank everyone on this site and the creators of it because although I've only been on here a few days, i ABSOLUTELY love it. This site is keeping me strong and holding me accountable. It's truly great. i don't have very strong will power and generally cave to my cravings easily and this is helping a lot. It gives me a reason to not cave to cravings and be held accountable and i hope if i stray someone on here will call me out on it. I need that. And just so everyone knows, 270 was my approximate starting weight. after doing my last 2 days of weighing in i think i probably started at 275 - 278. I'm so excited to see my little bits of progress in charts and having to input the data of what I've eaten to get my results. I have always been a very technical person and this keeps me interested. Thank you again and i'm looking forward to a long happy life change. :)

I used to use My Fitness Pal but I found that it was no longer working for me. Thanks to FS and the support here, I'm reaching my goal much faster than with MFP.
The only way I can lose weight and stick with it, is to have something like FS, where I'm held accountable and I can document everything. If I don't document it and I don't see it, I don't stick with it. So every morning, I get on here and I plan out my daily menu so I can go back and look at it when it's time to eat. I have to put it all in before I start eating or I'll get off track. It's time for lunch now, so I'm going to go look at what I put and eat just that :-)
