Feeling good about seeing that 225 on the scale today. Haven't seen that in about three years, down exactly 20 lbs from last summer. Not as far along as I would have hoped, but still, progress is progress.

Getting extremely nervous for next week though. I have a week long vacation with my family at an amusement park. My family are notorious drinkers and over eaters, so my goal is just to maintain my weight. I'm hoping with all of the walking I'll be doing that this will be feasible.

I'll be packing healthy snacks and a meal for my 9 hour car ride and will buy cottage cheese, fresh fruit, and some healthy lunch options when I arrive, so that only dinner will be uncertain.

Going to hop off the scale for two weeks, giving myself a chance to recover from the trip without upsetting myself.

But, yay for vacation!
