Had a great run this morning. All in all, I feel really good. I've been training hard and seem to be sleeping well. I get up crazy early but I feel like I've had a good nights sleep. I'm thankful that I've been sleeping decently with no help of any kind other than melatonin. It's been a very long time since that has happened. It's surprising how "normal" my life seems already without Wyatt. We were together so long and he was so much a part of my day and my routine. Now, he's gone and my routine has quickly moved to a new normal. It's been sad at times but it's also been okay. I will be okay.
