had a wonderful day. ate chicken noodles for breakfast. chicken briyani for lunch and baked beans and sprouts and salad at 6:30 pm before leaving office. has a handful of fries around nine.

still managed to lose weight with this diet.

trying to stick to "no eating after 8 pm" thing. lets see how it goes.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.9 lb a week

I have started today. I will be having my eating window from 2pm . I hope it will work for me as well.

Time of day and type of foods does not matter at all as long as you are in a deficit.

I believe what you eat does matter for your health. Junk food is not healthy for your body. Good nutrient dense food fuels your body and provides the nutrients it needs to be healthy. Sure you might still lose weight with junk but you will not be eating the foods that promote health
