:( I gained a pound. I wasn't going to weigh myself today, but I figured acknowledging a failure is one step towards fixing it.

I've been working out with weights, light though they be, and walking many miles a day, so even though I gained I feel good.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
