1964 kcal Fat: 134.63g | Prot: 65.57g | Carb: 54.38g.   Breakfast: Ralphs Whole Raw Almonds, Soft Boiled Egg, Coffee, Silk Silk Pure Coconut. Lunch: Almond flour bread, HEB Artisan Aged White Cheddar Cheese , Butter, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Rosa's Cafe Sour Cream Sauce , Almond flour bread, Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices with Natural Juices. Dinner: Broccoli, Butter, Olive Oil, Onions, Mushrooms, Cooked Cauliflower, Bratwurst with Cheese. Snacks/Other: HEB Artisan Aged White Cheddar Cheese, Apothic Red Wine, Silk Silk Pure Coconut, Coffee. more...
