I had truly hard 3 weeks abroad and no chances for good and healthy food and exercise (no excuse!) today I'm joining the gym and hope this helps solve part of the issue.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
