Wow, after almost 2 days of fasting I have gone from 189.4 to 184.5. I definitely feel much less bloated and am not hungry. I think it is good to take a break from food and also psychological hunger. It also reminds me how fortunate I am to have whatever kind of food available whenever I want it unlike in so many other less fortunate countries. I will fast one more day and then eat fruit for lunch on Friday. I have not fasted for several month and forgot how good I feel when I do it.
