Well, totally blew my carbs today. I was doing well until the kids asked me to make homemade pasta for dinner. I only had two bites, but who am I kidding, they were huge bites. Damn my love for noodles! At least my 6 year old was understanding after yelling at me for eating them, she worked out with me, her on the treadmill, me on the elliptical. Thats the sweetest form of support a mom could ever ask for :)
