I have just begun to follow the MIND diet, as researched by Rush University.
It's not a weight-loss diet, but rather a way of eating that has been shown to lessen the chances of getting senile dementia by as much as 50%.
Just google MIND diet for Alzheimer's. My greatest sacrifice will be limiting myself to only one serving of cheese per week.
