I know that with my PCOS, what I need to do in order to shock my body to losing weight is COMPLETELY cut out carbs and sugar.

That's so, so tough.

But I've done well anyway! Now I need to focus on getting back into yoga, and with this C25k challenge I'm doing again, cardio will follow.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No! Carbs are not the enemy you just need the right type of carbs. Tons of people have cured pcos with a vegan diet. A regular whole foods plant-based diet will do wonders and so will a high carb low fat vegan diet.
